So, what's this SilaDanaBhavana all about ?

Sila means Virtue
Dana means Generosity
Bhavana means Meditation

These are the 3 things I want to develop within myself, in order to become a better person.

I'm a beginning coach.
That means I've started coaching people.

• Coaching is, for me, helping people to find clarity in their life, in their job, in their wants & needs.

• It means helping them distinguish between dreams, fantasies, and Realistic Goals.

• It means helping them to detach themselves from clinging to : people, things, ideas, fantasies, desires

One way of getting there is by noticing our attitude to any given situation; do I like this, or do I dislike it ? Am I attracted to that, or am I disturbed by it ?
Because, in the end, we can only find true peace, of mind and of heart, by being true to ourself, by being in ourself, not in someone or something else.
